My flight has been cancelled on 7 june and i cannot amend or credit via the AVA help on airasia.com. It seems there is no other way to contact them, does anyone have any suggestions? Cheers

FCK : THIS AIRLINE IS A SCAMMER...BOOKED NOW CANCEL LATER, I just got an email days after making purchase that the flight is cancelled. Giving us an opyuib to either change the flight date within the same month or credit account which has an exoiry date of 720 days. I am cornered and there is no other option for me at this point as the funds is not refundable to us via monetary. And choosing another flight date within the same month is not an optiin either because there is no flught that month to the destination. Oh and forget to mention wecan only change the date of flight to the same destination. So kinda cornered here. No much options

I booked flights a month ago with Vietjet through the Air Asia website and got the confirmation email, but my booking number is not recognised with either company and there are no flights showing under my bookings. I'm not having any luck contacting them through the virtual assistant. It wouldn't accept my card so I paid transfer, and now I'm wondering if I got hacked. Has this happened to anyone else?

If they ever did a refund, do they refund the full amount you have paid or do they deduct like maybe a processing fee?

honestly, if not because I still have credit balance with Airasia I would not even bother touch this airline lol. I look at their pricing and compare to third party booking app it's really a joke though. I could not even use the credit account to pay for other stuff on their app(i.e food)

I did according to your site , but the result was really the same . I made another reservations with the help of your staff at the airport. At the same time I got an email from your company that PNR:ZYH6HH, XJ600 (Booking no. 10002453647/10002453647) from Chiang mai to narita 5/Sep 2020 changed the airport from Don Meuang to Suvarnabhumi and PNR:09NYYX (booking no.10002152263/10002152263) from Chiang mai to narita 7/Sep 2020 changed from Don Mueang to Suvarnabhumi also , so I can't conect two airplains. Then I asked your copmany to enjoy my credit account but your copmany didn't anything just sending the e-mail No Reply and ordered that answer using this e-mail back. What should I do now ? I am trying to book flight from BNE to KUL for me and my husband but unable to use the credit account saying we only can use it for airasia own flights but airaisa dont have flight from Australia. Why can/t we just get our money back so we can simply buy tickets ourselves?? AVA does not even helping finding any suitable flights or how to utilise our credit account.

Guest : I'm making a booking using my credit account amount for an AirAsia flight to India and the site was slow, i got a message the payment gateway is not accessible, the next moment MY CREDIT ACCOUNT IS ZERO, all my money went missing, * !! And NO OPTION on useless AVA Chat to convey this and get a solution... Refunds & Credit Account - its a huge fraud!

Both of my AirAsia flights have been cancelled just days after purchase. Email received from AirAsia with regards to cancellation is extremely deceiving as the options they offer are: -change flight tickets. -Request credit account. The credit account option makes you believe the money will be credited back to your credit card but it is not. Once you find out that the money has been credited to you AirAsia account it seems impossible to request a proper refund. It seems you can request a refund through AVA (customers affected by cancellations are not informed about this in the cancellation email) but this is not allowed once the money has been put in your credit account. On top of this sending emails to AirAsia seems useless as they simply redirect you to AVA which they know it can not solve the issue. How on earth can this be legal?

If u have an issue with your booking.. they redirect u to that chat bot… n its of no help and cant be solved.. no option of reaching out. I think the airlines should be responsible to assist n hv and option to resolve issues using humans too… poor customer care

I just did some tests; the credit payment option only appears when the flight(s) selected are operated by AirAsia. For example, if you book a return to Bintulu on the AirAsia website, you can choose either AirAsia or Malaysia Airlines flight. The credit payment option is only available if you choose the AirAsia flight. I hope this helps; very frustrating indeed.

Capital A is definitely a scam airline, recently they just launch a subscription base super app all in 1 price, seem like they are out of CASHFLOW. And definitely can see they are playing a money game like a Ponzi at this point. I am an affected user on credit claims as well and am yet to be refunded.

We have booked a flight at Air Asia using our credit account, both for flight + hotel. We received a cancellation of our flight and follow the instruction for credit account again. To our surprise, Air Asia only credited a certain amount which is 10,000 less from what we paid for. What can I do? The AVA Chatbot is not helpful
