What a NIGHTMARE My own computer - Website does not show any flights constantly trying to load. Tried App on my phone - does not show any flights constantly trying to load. Tried Wife's computer - Same problem. Tried via a friends phone and managed to book a flight... Then immediately showed up in my App I suspect I am being blacklisted as cannot do anything via my own computer or app on my phone.. But can on someone else's phone !!! Why blacklisted... Maybe because of so many issues in the past and trying to get through to a live person on customer support. Then they tell you they cannot do anything and you have to go through the AI system... And AVA is a complete * of time and pointless. Another time booked a flight and an at the end the email showed a different airport destination. Another time would not accept my credit cards... tried two and then gave up and tried to use my Bangkok bank debit card - Any they say - Sorry cannot accept this card... And I am in Thailand... UNBELIEVABLE

Unable to web check in page blank except for feedback!! air asia has the poorest web site with zero help unless you want further frustration with the avatar. Air Asia GET IT TOGETHER its the 21st century. I only hope your electronic on the air bus are far better than your website must say this is worrying.

I'm been having the same problems for more than 2 days so I wasn't able to change my flight date. Now I'm going to lose my airfare and have to buy a completely new ticket because changes have to be made more than 48 hours ahead. It had been getting increasingly difficult to reach the website but I had success sometimes in the early morning hours Malaysia time around 2-4am. Recently, even those times haven't been working so I ended up buying tickets through flight aggregators. World's best budget airlune? I disagree when it comes to their website. Also, none of their customer support phone numbers work anymore.
Any idea how to solve this other than check in at the counter?

Probably why it is cheap - they go cheap on web site and don't provide any customer service.
There a major problems with the Air Asia site. At time it cannot even book your flight. You may find it hanging on the seat selection page, or when filling in guest details, the continue button is disabled or if you manage to get an active button and you click on it, it will give you an HTTP error: Error Code 999: Http failure response for k.airasia.com/checkout-j/v1/bookingcheck... 0 Unknown Error

Trying to book 4 separate return flight for six passengers was a nightmare, the web site kept refreshing so all passengers had to be entered again and again, as it refreshed it kept resetting the genders and dates of birth. When I received confirmation e-mails there was a miss-spelt name and wrong gender. Tried to solve it with AVA.. what a nightmare, the worst AI ever, she made it even worse by creating even more errors. Now I have no way to change these errors as there is no call centre. I am just going to have to hope that they check us in for the flights with the wrong names and genders. I don't want to ever use Air Asia again and would not recommend them to anybody.
What a nightmare! After numerous attempts at trying to complete a booking, I was charged twice for the same flight. I tried to contact Support but that has so far been impossible. The computer generated Support only allows you to create a case reference but it continually shows "in progress". The Support helpline has a disconnected phone number listed. It is extremely frustrating and so far, I have had no contact in any way to advise me of my refund. The cheaper prices are not worth this degree of effort - never again

Unable to open my bookings. Couple days before, when it still worked, I realised that system was showing my guest detail for upcoming flights as "male" (which I could not change) and that my account detail had suddenly changed from the correct and initial female to male. Could change the account detail back to female, but booking still showed me as male.

Actually the travel document is your passport, and visa on arrival is you just have to fill in simple form on arrival but you have to keep it till you go back. Thats it. Will Air Aisa refund me the money? here is not my fault as it says we srilankan as Visa on Arrival as i followed the passport index and government and did my research on it. please advice me regarding this information....

Their app is buggy as heck, and it has never allowed me to online check in via the app, it forces me to use a browser to check in via the web site and even then its hit or miss if it will work. Also, there refund policy on canceled flights is basically, they don’t. Had a flight rescheduled by air Asia that made my connecting flight impossible (also via air Asia arline). The automated system allowed me to refund the rescheduled flight but not the connection since the automated system didn’t detect a “change to the flight that was air Asia’s fault”. No common sense or intuition since it’s just a go / no-go command line. To boot the “refund” I did get was air Asia credit only, not a refund to my card and that credit has a 90 day expiration date... Total trash in every way.
