AirAsia worst airline My name as per my identification card and passport is Lee Pui Kuan, but in the AirAsia app my display name is Krystle Lee (which is just my nickname). When I purchased my air ticket, I made sure to key in all my personal details correctly according to my passport. However, after the booking was confirmed, I was surprised to see that the ticket name appeared as Krystle Lee, which was taken from my app profile, instead of the details I entered during the booking process. Due to this system error, I was unable to use the ticket and was forced to repurchase a new one under the correct name. This caused me unnecessary inconvenience and additional expense. after complain to Airasia, they said due to the name is too much different cannot refund but will process airport tax refund and i agree on that too. the next day, i receive an email said reject- invalid refund request then close case.

Why I can't received OTP in my phone? I have booked in the website and decided to download the application and when I continue to logged in using my gmail account, it appears that I have to update my profile information like given name, surname, ant contact number. I've clicked the request OTP button and wait for the OTP but it didn't arrive. I have requested for several times until it says that I have reached the limit of requesting an OTP and I have to wait until tomorrow. Please address my issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hi you guys .. I'm extremely mad and I'm doing that revenge right now. This year May I was reserving 2 tickets to South Korea. And I did that cancellation refund I think on June. I sent many emails about 10 to like Air Asia contact email address. I went to that customer support page BO and AI but that computerized directed me to agents. I don't understand. And one person from one of the Air Asia department was replying and please contact support. I was telling him whole situation and crying for help. No reply. I lost 3000+ Ringgit. And my flight on 1 August just over and I didn't receive any response from this company.

I booked through Air Asia on another Airline and paid for baggage which was not processed by Air Asia after taking my money. They said after numerous sessions with Bo and confronting staff at the airport the money would refunded. 2 months later NO REFUND and going through that useless Bo bot only shows the case which is now marked as closed and stops there. No where else to check the refund status

somehow got logged out from my airasia app. tried to log in. then came out a new page asking me to key in OTP that was supposedly sent to my email. the email never arrive. i have two flights to catch next week with all the booking number stored in the account. no email from these two bookings. filed a case with their chatbot Bo. created a case but still now no response. looks like i'm going to miss these two flights!

my booking no EDS59R (flight FD3431 , 7 march) (FD3436, 13 march) Bangkok to Chiangmai) I have booking flights for me and friend with old account air asia si Vuffray Jean Pierre, flight was confirmed, after receive i see in my new passport is 1 surname more and change my account so become Vuffray Jean Pierre Marius, but when looking itinary resevation still have old name, perhaps the best is saying this when coming in boarding place in airport Bangkok?

Anyone come across this problem with Air Asia: flights booked ok Melbourne through to Padang - booked and paid for on Air Asia website but actually Garuda flights. Garuda rescheduled flights which were totally inappropriate - so tried to cancel. Told AA (via the infuriating BO) we wanted to cancel and get refund,. Even though the payment had gone through to AA they said because they were Garuda flights, only Garuda could cancel them. Garuda said though that the tickets had been bought through a third party (a travel agency in Hong Kong that is a fake company) so the third party owed us a refund. We had never heard of the travel agent, were never contacted by them and the receipt for payment came from Air Asia! We never left the AA website throughout the whole booking and payment process. Round and round in circles and no one to contact or talk to....and $3K gone. Thanks Air Asia

Unfortunately, I've booked a Melbourne to Kuala Lumpur flight for 6/2/24 and made a mistake in that my name has ended up as the passenger name, when it should be my wife's name. It looks to me like Air Asia won't let me change the passenger, but only amend a mistake in the passenger's name. And if so, it seems that a simple error will result in the loss of a large sum of money. Can anyone advise me of what the situation is? Is there any way I can change the passenger? Air Asia's bot is useless and I can't get in touch with a human. Thank you.

Hello, I am unable to alter my email login. The registered email address has been closed by Bigpond. AA send a verification code to the dead email address. I have been able to update my phone number successfully. but not the email login. Any ideas for me to try folks?

DON'T BOOK anything on Air Asia. Throughout COVID, they were already in financial difficulties. Since borders open, on the surface it seems they have come back stronger than ever, promoting cheap fares and new routes. This is all part of the big scheme....scamming our hard earned money. "Flights cancelled" first by randomly "rescheduling" different times. And then cancelled completely, emailed through a "no-reply" channel saying due to "Operational Reasons". It seems they've paid off officials and media in Malaysia and South East Asian countries where you cannot find any news on this mass-exodus style flight culling. I have requested via their App "BO" for refund...but I can already see how this will end. NO processing, NO Refund. Just like Cryto-Scams...once they have enough money, they will close-shop and disappear. We need to warn everyone to boy-cot Air Asia and its corrupted operations. Might as well say good bye to your already Pre-Paid money. Their board of directors and share holders are scamming whatever $ they need to make up on all the losses incurred throughout COVID. Let's stop anyone else you know from booking on their websites/superapp....
