I book my air ticket but there is no email confirm with me whether i successfully book the ticket. So the next day i booked another air ticket with the same schedule as I think the system did not recognised my booking. The same problem occurred again. No email is confirmed with me. I scared the system will charge me twice

This Airlines are Awesome:: The trip was spectacular, and the travel organization arranged everything extremely well. There was not a hitch regarding being met by our aides, visiting, and our inns. Being all alone - the 2 of us with aides at times and here and there totally all alone. We delighted in the majority of the sights we saw Might pick two or three unique lodgings and might arrange additional time all alone. Since we had no "vibe" for China, we were uncertain how much free time we ought to arrange. Might arrange more next time. We should all join forces and collectively sue this terrible excuse for an airline (Cathay Pacific is an airline, this is some souped up collection of aluminium tubes stuffed with as many morons as Tony Fernandez can cram to fund his ego and biz empire). It is a NIGHTMARE airline. I hope there is some justice in the world and they go bankrupt soon. Why can't yu write clear captcha codes? work for airasia?

I went on Airasia website and it gave me one price but couldn't book past the purchase page. So I called them. They said to use their 'back-up' website (which just shows how useless their first one was. The back-up website gave me an altogather different price to the first with exactly the same flights booked. So I called them. They said I could book over the phone and they told me the price. WHICH WAS EVEN HIGHER THAN THE SECOND WEBSITE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO BOOK A FLIGHT FOR TWO DAYS. They said "Let me check with IT- ohh and do you mind waiting another half hour. Seriously the worst website, airline, customer service and inconsistent company ever to have operated. A plain joke!

FOR THOSE WHO ARE HAVING PROBLEM BUYING TICKET BY CREDIT CARD. Guys, I was having the same problem (could not buy tickets with my credit card), try again but DO NOT change the currency, leave the currency as it is (ex. If you are buying the ticket from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, leave the currency as BAHT, do not change it) It has worked for me, hope it does for you too.

I have been trying to check-in for the last hour for my flight at tomorrow morning 8am. However, half way through I kept getting error message saying, "Unable to assign seat." I have tried check in using mobile web, mobile app, laptop google chrome, internet explorer. All came back with similar error. I wanted to contact Air Asia but the only option is via live chat since it is Air Asia without "X". I finally found where the live chat it, it opened with the message, "We are experiencing a high volume of chats. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience caused." I am really disappointed with all these. Does anyone have similar issue? Any advice on what I should do?

seat arrangement always split passenger (kids and adult) on the same booking number. Doesn't make sense that kid 2 years able to seat alone at the back while adult on another sitting no which too far. Nonsense and very bad system arrangement and logic.

The fix to the problem is to download the airasia app to your phone and then book the ticket(s) via the app. The second website redirects you to the original webpage and the same issue occurs -- you cannot book your ticket that way. Again, download the app and book your ticket. Best of luck and safe travels!

Hello, I chatted with customer service and they advised me to use the 2nd website booking2.airasia.com/ . I tried it and it worked perfectly fine and proceeded my credit card payment. Good luck!

Hello everyone! I'm the previous commenter. I just made a successful booking by using AirAsia's Android mobile app instead of their webpage. FYI the app crashed at the very end of the process but I'm not sure it's related. The booking was made as usual. I see it in my list of bookings when I log in, I got the confirmation mail also see it under my internet banking account. Hope it helps.
